- Plot price –The price of land is determined in part by its location. Attractive locations, such as near the beach, are often considerably more expensive than land in smaller inland villages. Besides location, the permitted building volume also plays a role in the price, as does whether a building permit has already been issued for the plot in question. Average land prices on Rhodes in 2024/2025, including a building permit, range between €100 and €250 per square meter.
- Construction costs per m2 –Construction costs per square meter vary depending on the finish and quality of the materials used. Second Home Rhodes uses only high-quality materials, ensuring the home is durable and maintenance costs remain low. Naturally, there are different price points within the category of high-quality materials, and the wishes of each client or investor may differ. For 2024/2025, the average construction cost per square meter is between €2,000 and €3,000.
- Architect and design costs –The costs of architectural and engineering services when building your home in Greece depend on your choice. You can choose one of our existing designs, which is usually more cost-effective, or a completely new design.
