"We had been looking for a second home abroad for some time. After years of looking around at various locations, especially in Spain mainland, Mallorca and Ibiza, we came in contact with Second Home Rhodes. After contact followed an appointment with SHR at our location and their explanation of the possibilities. This pleased us, but were still not convinced, because we were quite inexperienced at the time. As the follow-up appointments went on, our trust in SHR grew, so much in fact that we signed the papers to buy a house in Gennadi, Rhodes.
The guidance, clarity, flexibility, extras, rental options, website, etc. were very well taken care of and we were taken care of.

"In 2020 we were looking for a second home on Rhodes and so we came in contact with Second Home Rhodes.
Our contact with Mark was very nice, so we acted quickly. A few months later we were already in Rhodes to look at some plots.
During the construction period we were regularly updated with photos and videos. This is very nice since you are not able to be there all the time. In case of any questions or uncertainties, Mark is always available and approachable. Everything was taken out of our hands, such as paperwork and legal matters.
They work with quality material and excellent Greek partners. It is very nice to have a Dutch contact who knows which roads to take in the, sometimes, bureaucratic Greece.”
