The use of social media is crucial to attract guests to your own website. We can also manage social media for you.
Reservations & guest communications
Our team manages all your reservations and communication with your guests. We ensure a smooth booking procedure, answer questions from (potential) tenants before and during the booking about the property but also about the island. Depending on the arrangements made, the host on Rhodes can receive guests upon arrival at the villa and show them around. Due to our years of experience we can advise your guests on the best excursions, best restaurants and most beautiful beaches. We will ensure an unforgettable vacation for your guests.
Cleaning & maintenance
After each stay, and sometimes during, the villa will be thoroughly cleaned. Financial administration
Before the start of the rental, if you do not already have a Greek accountant, we will put you in touch with one. We will then work with your accountant to ensure proper financial handling, including rental payments, security deposits, record keeping and eventual filing of tax returns.
